Rescued me from the nest outside just as I was ready to hatch.

The "community" nest outside usually had two hens sitting on it at a time, and around 12 eggs in it, which occasionally they would divide up between them. When it came hatching time, we found the first two goslings had got squished as soon as they had hatched. We decided it would be best to take the remaining eggs to the incubator, since there seemed to be to much going on and the hens were arguing over eggs, and not paying attention to the eggs that were hatching. After hatching and drying off in the incubator, we took the goslings to Morticia, who was succesfully hatching her three eggs in the building. She took in the goslings we gave her and made them her own.
